Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

Q: Which side of the shirt is the graphic printed on?
A: Unless stated in the product description, all of our the graphics are printed on the front of the shirt.

Q: Why is black not a choice for some of the shirts?
A: Some graphics will not show up nor look good on black, so we only allow the colors that the graphic will go on to pick from.

Q: What are the points earned by each shirt?
A: EARN FREE T-SHIRTS! For every shirt you buy, you will get points banked in your account. After you purchase 20 shirts you will earn a free t-shirt. After you have 250 points banked, you can then choose your design and cash your points in for a FREE T-SHIRT. This is our way of saying "Thanks" to our customers!

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Track Order Icon and sign in to check the status of your order. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: If I pay by check, do you hold my order until the check clears?
A: Yes, we will hold your order for your personal check to clear the bank which is usually 14 days.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept credit card orders online via GOOGLE chekout.  We also accept Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards via our Secure Online Processor. We are owned by Schooner Creek Resort, so your credit card billing statement will say Schooner Creek Resort.

Q: How should I wash my t-shirt?
A: Your t-shirts should be washed inside out inside out in cold water and no bleach. We recommend hang dry for maxiumum care, but if you dry them be sure to tumble dry on low. NEVER iron over the graphic. If you need to iron the shirt, iron it inside out. Your t-shirt should last for several years, or until you grow out of it or get tired of it!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: t-shirtqueen.com takes pride in quality. In the event that you order an incorrect size or do not like the item, you may return the item for a store credit, exchange or refund (minus the shipping cost) within 25 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. The item has to be in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged or washed, or we will not be able to process your store credit or refund. Return shipping is your responsibility and we recommend USPS INSURED Priority Mail. If you do not purchase insurance and your item does not reach us, then we will not be able to give you a refund. Please include a copy of the invoice that you received with your order stating the reason for the exchange, replacement, store credit or a refund. If you are returning the item we would also like to know why you are returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color will incur normal shipping charges when the new product is reshipped to you.  Personalized items CANNOT be returned due to the nature of their personalization.
